All products sold through MerchWorks are produced and fulfilled by us or our production partners on a made-to-order basis. This means items are manufactured after an order is placed and shipped directly to the customer.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and settings.
We cannot guarantee that all items will match exactly the on-screen preview.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Because items are made-to-order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase, shown in your confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

(ii) charges will be honored by your provider;

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to high demand, production delays, or shipping carrier issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS

Because products are made-to-order, we only accept returns in limited circumstances (damaged items, production errors, or wrong item received).

No returns or exchanges are accepted for size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guides before ordering.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it or offer a refund.

If a return is approved, you will receive instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

This store is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases are made directly with MerchWorks. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any resulting claims. You expressly release Shopify from any liability arising out of your transactions with MerchWorks.
