All products are made-to-order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order has been placed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address.
Please note that shipping prices may vary per product group, as different items can be shipped from separate production facilities.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Shipments & Variable Shipping Costs
Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled from different production facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated per product group and may vary depending on the item type, size, and production location.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number and confirmation email once dispatched.
This approach ensures faster delivery and reduces environmental impact, as your items are produced and shipped from the facility closest to you whenever possible.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, delays, duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. MerchWorks has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. Customers are responsible for any additional fees.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or refusal to pay customs fees may incur additional reshipment costs.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you with options to reship at your expense.
Tracking
Most shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally take longer (up to 14–20 business days) due to factors outside our control such as high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (such as strikes, weather, or natural disasters).
